People don’t buy apple products not because of their attributes but because of the value of the attributes they offer. People consider having the iPhone as privilege and user-friendly, the people who’re acquainted with iPhone smartphones never shift their brand since it is hard to use a different mobile operating system like android.
We all have heard brands like Micromax, Nokia, Blackberry, lava all these brands failed because it failed to adapt to change, it does not invest much in Research and development(R&D) and it was not able to meet the competitive environment. Apple spends a large amount for R&D which helps the firm to adapt to change, innovate, and have a competitive advantage in the market.
